The location provided easy access with metro lines nearby. It was perfect for exploring. the staff made check-in quick with self-service kiosks, and they readily offered their assistance. I felt supported. the complimentary water bottle stations on each floor were a needed touch. the valet parking was helpful, though i wished i knew about the parking fees beforehand.

i liked the coffee and tea facility available on the ground floor it was convenient i also found the receptionist helpful with directions the upgrade to a superior queen room was a great decision for me.

i noticed my room was not cleaned during my three-night stay this was unexpected considering basic standards i have encountered elsewhere

The staff was helpful and friendly, readily answering my questions. I appreciated the convenient charging port in my room. The hotel provides well-stocked amenities (soap, shampoo, towels), including an espresso machine and a television.

The room's cleanliness could improve. I found some dirt in the corners.

The room had a very comfortable bed and pillows. Bottled water was provided, which i appreciated. The location near Minute Maid stadium for the games was also very convenient.

There wasn't a whole lot around the area, but that's kind of the case in general.

i really loved how smoothly everything ran, from the front desk to the amazing housekeepers. everyone was so cordial and helpful! i am an astros fan and can't wait for my next trip (i try to come a few times each season). i'm already looking forward to the next visit!

i wish there was a mini fridge in my room, but overall, i enjoyed my stay.
