The hotel is conveniently located near Minute Maid Park and close to nice restaurants. The rooms were very basic and appeared not very clean, with a tiny space that made it difficult to move around. The staff, aside from one unaccommodating receptionist, was nice and informative. However, there was an issue with unauthorized credit card charging that wasn't promptly addressed. The location was perfect for attending events at George R Brown convention center and exploring downtown Houston. The dining experience had high-quality offerings, but with slow service noted. Facilities were sufficient, but some improvements needed.

7.6/10
I found the hotel to be in a convenient location for exploring the city, but safety was a concern due to the presence of homeless individuals at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering prompt service and useful suggestions. The room, though small, was comfortable, but the service fees were a bit steep for certain amenities.
Rooms
7.0
Despite the small size, the room was surprisingly comfortable and welcoming with enough space for one person to move around easily.
Service
8.0
The staff here were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions, but the additional fees for services weren't exactly budget-friendly.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was the biggest advantage, being centrally located near various facilities and attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. However, safety concerns arose when wandering alone at night.
Dining
9.0
The dining area, situated on a mezzanine overlooking the Mexican restaurant on the ground floor, provided a unique experience with a quiet neighborhood ambiance. The included kitchenette was a nice touch for those looking to prepare simple meals.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities offered met my basic needs, although the cleanliness could have been improved, as I found dirty rags left in my room during my stay.
